Meet Penny, our blue nose pit and unofficial Director of Morale. She’s equal parts cuddle bug, neighborhood watch, and reminder to slow down and enjoy the little things. From supervising emails on the couch to insisting on mid-day walk breaks, Penny keeps things fun, grounded, and full of love.

Despite her tough-girl looks, she’s a total softie; obsessed with snacks, naps, and making new friends. She’s also a reminder of what home is really about: comfort, safety, and a place where everyone (especially pets) feels welcome.

You may spot Penny on social media from time to time, but fair warning, she tends to steal the spotlight.
